Birthright Israel Foundation of Canada: Chanukah 2020 ‘Let’s Get Social’ Contest Rules & Regulations
Contest sponsored and administered by Birthright Israel Foundation of Canada. Contest begins on December 10, 2020 at 4:00 pm EST and ends on December 18 at 3:00 pm EST.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Only an Instagram page follow/Facebook page like is required. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor and administrator. Void where prohibited by law.
Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. All entrants must be Canadian Birthright Israel alumni, Canadian parents of Birthright Israel alumni, Canadian applicants who were enrolled in a 2020 Birthright Israel trip or Supporters of the Birthright Israel Foundation of Canada. Qualifications will be verified. Employees or contractors of the sponsor and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.
How to enter:
• For 1 contest entry, follow/like either www.facebook.com/BRIFoundationCanada/
or www.instagram.com/brifcanada/ AND tag 3 friends
• For 2 contest entries, follow/like www.facebook.com/BRIFoundationCanada/
or www.instagram.com/brifcanada/ AND DM (direct message/private message) a photo of your favourite Birthright Israel memory.
One entry per day permitted per platform. (2 entries per day if providing a photo, as per “How to enter” 2nd bullet instruction).
8 winners will be chosen through a random draw. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Each winner will be sent a direct/private message and will have forty-eight hours to respond. If no response is received within forty-eight hours, another winner will be chosen. Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. Winning entries will be verified.
Facebook and Instagram are in no way associated with this giveaway. If applicable, social media posts (such as but not limited to Facebook and Instagram posts) must be public to be eligible.
Residents of Canada will be required to enter a skill-testing question to claim their prize. The prize is a $100 gift card in support of a local business, found in/near the city of residence of selected winner(s).
Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial.
